How it worksMost topical products never reach the follicle — your scalp is built to keep things out. This treatment gets past that barrier in three steps.1. Acoustic waves open microscopic, temporary channels in the scalp's surface. Nothing is cut or injected, and the barrier closes on its own.2. Gentle air pressure carries the serum down to the follicle, several millimeters beneath the surface.3. Growth factors, peptides, and amino acids nourish dormant and weakened follicles.Because it uses sound rather than heat or light, it is safe for all skin tones and hair types.

What to expectEach session takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes.You will remain seated and comfortable throughout. Most patients describe the sensation as mild warmth with light vibration and pressure — many find it relaxing. There is no anesthesia, no bleeding, and no post-treatment care required.You can return to work, exercise, and normal washing the same day.

Most patients begin to notice reduced shedding within the first few weeks, with visible improvement in density developing over three to six months as follicles complete their growth cycle.
After your initial course: most patients continue with a maintenance session approximately every six months to sustain their results. Dr. Kato will recommend a maintenance schedule based on how your hair responds to the first three treatments.
A note on expectations: this treatment supports and revitalizes existing follicles. It cannot regrow hair in areas where follicles are no longer active. Individual results vary depending on the degree of thinning, hormonal status, and consistency with the treatment schedule.
